I remenber in old MED versions i used to make a mapping of my model than i would export it to PCX or whatever with all the faces and vertex, so i could paint on it in another paint program. In this new MED version im not beeing able to do that. does anyone knows how to do that? because now i dont know where to paint stuff after i made the model mapping without the vertex and faces in the exported image ( actually im not beeing able to export the image at all, strangely seems like the option is disabled).
I think you are right. I just made a simple model in MED (v. 6.846) and then created a mapping. Then I went into Skin Editor and I can see the mapping (the lines and the vertices) but I can't export it! Not only that, I can't import a bitmap in this editor anymore. And all the actual painting tools appear to be disabled. I can pick colors but I can't fill or draw. What's up?
lol looks like we have a lot of problems in common..lol im almost switching back to A6 4.0 because... as JCL said A6 6.60 wasnt made for A6 Standard version only for Extra, Commercial, Pro. ( ¬¬ strange huh?) and MED changed a lot with skinning. anyway, hope anyone knows how to export the mapping with the model´s vertex and lines.
