Hehe creating an rpg will always take you a point where you decide to switch to Lite-C Same holds for me... I'm really looking forward to see more of your game! Good luck, and keep it up!

Take your time, it occurs often that when you work hard on a regular base on any kind of work, that the result will be even better as expected Cheers Frazzle

nowherebrain, your project here seems to have alot of potential, it looks good for a first game. Just remember to take your time and get everything to your expectations, and yes, be very patient in showing off screens. If you need a good texture program and can spend some money, try to get Texture Maker. It's a cheap program compared to paint shop pro or photoshop cs, and if you can or even if you can't get that, also get Paint.NET. Both programs will help you "hone" your texturing skills, and texture maker is the best for it, but i'd recommend both programs. Overall your textures are good, but it seems you need a better program. The game seems to have potential, keep working with it .

I use..photo paint(corel), the GIMP, PSP, and Blender. I rough out my texturing in blender then move on to actual paint...and finally bake a touch of AO...a lot of static stuff now...some screens soon, just to show a bit..
