I also tried stuff in Unity3D some month ago. It's a really cool engine and i like the scripting a lot, it has a great workflow. Though if i would get Unity, i also want the render to texture and shadow features. This is only available in the Pro edition, which is too expensive for me at this time. If you want, you can try some applications i made with Unity3D at my website: Kiyakus Unity3D Applications

may i ask you what makes you use torque instead of unity? Though if i would get Unity, i also want the render to texture and shadow features. This is only available in the Pro edition, which is too expensive for me at this time.
