runs silky smooth on highest settings on my old, cheap laptop with integrated graphics and 1 gig of ram. i'm also surprised to see someone who clearly knows a fair bit about computers actually using Vista i know 3DGS is meant to support Vista, but Vista has it's own fair share of problems. that's pretty crazy how bad that is though. julz

Game plays at about 2 frames per second on my monster game machine... Not a good way to promote A7.... System Info Vista OS, Core E6700, 8800 GTS Video, 2 Gig Ram
I have running vista here as well and it runs fine (otherwise I wouldn't release it ). So there must be another issue. Most people which run the game with a very, very low FPS have most often no OGG drivers installed. In your case I guess you have installed it.
So.. uhm, I dunno. Really! I will compile these days a version with no sound at all and then I will contact all people I know which have this issue.. if this will be the bottleneck, I'll have to replace the sound engine.
Thanks for the feedbacks!

Anyways you should definetly add the OGG install step to your installer...
Actually, it is included in the 0.1 installer. I will make an installer for 0.11 today as well. I'm glad that it works now for you.
@English version of the workshop: If somebody likes to help me translating it, you are welcome
