Not too sure where to put this post cause I'm unsure how to catagorize it.
I've used a freeware VST plugin that emulates the sound of an NES system called the Magical 8bit plugin:
http://www.ymck.net/english/download/index.html . It was given to the public by the actual designers of the chip for free.
I've been using it for a few songs for personal work, including games that I am working on. What I am not sure about is whether or not I can copyright my music, or sell my music with the plugin's sound in the songs.
Here is the terms of use, I was wondering if anyone could help me understand it:
Point #1 is where I am confused at, if you could help a slow guy like me I would appreciate it. Just to make sure, I am NOT distributing/selling the plugin itself, only selling/copyrighting my music that uses the sound of the plugin.
