Just visiting the XML file does nothing - but you can look what should be improved, before using one of the other links.

I mean it would be really easy. A php file, that get the content of this xml file. Then compares the 4 values, get the one that needs help the most and opens the right site then( in an frame or so...).
And if they are all 0/100 it vitis the site to get more inhabitants :]

And you can let that site be called with help of crownjobs

After hours and hours of coding, I finally managed to do it! (half an our including toilet time and tv distraction)
But I have a hard time testing it since my IP is only accepted once.
It has to work anyway with my superb programming skills.

EDIT: after picking lots of random victims to test my link, it appears that the order is a little different than what should be (due to the foreach function that screws the order up when copycatting the stats array ... yeah... ) so, screw that . It's working anyway! Time to party.
