it seems an application firewall is blocking downloads from ventilators site.
Maybe it is possible to upload the file below to the game studio resource site.

Well, it would be better if one could download this exporter from the official blender exporter page.

there already is a zipped version on the gamestudio resource site:

wow, i didnt see it on there, anyways about your site, something called webknight wont let me access any file or page other than your home page. i'm not sure why.

Ventilator, lostclimate is right. I get the same error, seems to be generatred on your side. From the error page:
