Running Food - Playable Demo

Hello all!

Some of you might remember our first demo, posted about a year ago. Well, we feel the game has improved quite a bit since then, so now it is time for another demo.

Those of you who were at the DUSMania 7 have already seen this - all others enjoy the 4 playable levels!

Readme is included, here is a screenshot:

And here is the link: Playable Demo

Have fun! Feedback is appreciated. :-)

------

Sorry, the size of the Demo is quite high: about 92 Mb. It is mainly because of detailed sprites and panels.

----

The demo is running on my Laptop (1,6 Ghz, 512 Mb RAM, Ati Radeon 9700) without problems. But we will have a look, wether 'bmap_purge' for the menu helps fasten it up. I hope the already in the manual documented feature 'd3d_texlimit' will additionally help that it runs at old systems as well.

Weiter so !

Gnome, VERY nice game. I had alot of fun with it. What were those little things running around that you had to eat? LOL

Those little things were meant to be marbles.

Good job Pappenheimer, this is definitely the best game I've played off the 3DGS forum! The plants and textures are detailed and realistic, the music is awesome but best of all the gameplay and idea was good! I didn't know what to do in the game since I don't speak German but it was fun exploring.

WING, thanks for playing it!
The speaker is only in german, but - Gnometech forgot to mention this - the help text at the bottom of the screen can be switched in the options to english
