Hello maybenew.
I don´t give your team the fault of the fact that my pc crashes the first time down after I played a while the game. I startet the pc again and played for a while without such problems.

But are you sure that the many errors in gameplay are caused by a 2,4 GHz processor? I thought a 1GHz is enough. You wrote that.


But I would very like to see some videos of the running first level.
Please no MTV-Clip or a promo clip. Only a scene over 30 seconds.
So I can see, if the popping effect of all bio populations around the tank is only because of my weak pc.

I would also like to see some reactions of the enemies when you drive not the regualar way in the level.

Maybe you could make me a favourite and upload the clip the next day?
Meanwhile I am not happy with this buy. But this is only my opinion.

Sorry, but I give it up. This is pure crap.
The tank is to slow for attacking and fleeing. It simply make no sense.
When I drive then all around me are popping up these silly trees and bushes.
I can drive over a tree without any harm for the tree and I can drive over
armoured barrier, collision is in the middle of the tank??? And why can I not drive over simple barb wire???? Whit a tank??
The water shader is crap and soldiers stand or running in circles.
After I have played nearly 3 hours now I can give you a result.
This game is not playable it is boring and have many mistakes.
Sorry if I talk so bad about your 'product' but I asked myself really how can a publisher sell such unfinished crap.

I am very bored about this game and I will bring it back to store.

I regret you did not find our product pleasing, but you are the first to report such problems with the game. All errors you described show some major speed issues you are having, try turning off details and visiblity range to reduce errors. But all in all I recommend you return the game to the store, if you can.

Now I am here with a friend. He said to me that no store will take back an opened product which I have bought.
See the result of a 3.6MHz machine with gforce 6800 and 2GB Ram



We tried to escape from some tanks and this is what happens.
I also wonder if there are really only coming up some stupid tanks, no verbal mission briefings and the sound is pure crap.
Sorry, I am very angry.

All errors are also on this high end pc.

I can say without regret..
This "product" is pure deception and this is the only reason

WHY ARE YOU NOT PLAN TO RELEASE A DEMO AND WHY THE UPCOMING VIDEO SURELY WILL NOT BE A RECORD OF A REGULAR PLAYED LEVEL:
your "product" is an unfinished very bad beta version.
Ok - the cover is nice, and the mission picture in the game is nice - but the game is no game. It is unfair.

Proof that I am wrong and give the community a demo or a 30 second video of a regular mission, no mtv or promo clip

The truth
- very unfinished try to make a PaNZER simulation
- ONLY 3 models but who cares
- very small landscapes but you can drive over the border and have more SPACE
- some stupid nonsense shader which you must search
- the crappy stencil shadows every owner of A6 uses


Pleas PM me, I want to sell this unfinished massacre

Ok, Thats why there is no demo

if Andreas wants to prove the opposite, he should demonstrate the game
(demo or at least a video)

Please don't be that rude!
The guys from icebytes have done a good job!
Of cause there are some minor problems within the game but there are always bugs in games - also in highprice games.
And icebytes offers to provide a patch soon - they wrote so...

I've played the game now @home (AMD3200++, 1GB, ATI Radeon X1300) and got only the error with the possibility to leave the area and fall into nothing. That's just if you want to...

@maybenew:
- We from the community are not your real customers! We can help you with critics/suggestions, but we all think, we can make the best game ever... (*ironic*).
- On my laptop there is not alpha tansparency (P4 1.8, 1GB, onboard GFX - but works with my 3DGS-Games).
- The appearing grass/trees/bushes pop into the view - smooth fading would be more nice.
- Trees should fall when overrun
- Add some demolition textures to the tanks if they get hit.

Keep on your work - it's worth the money I've spent.
The game is a lowprice and funny game - and it's published!!!!!

Fix the problems soon and don't loose the fun in making games...

The engine doesn't have a bad collision system. Bad collision behavior is due to unoptimised or faulty scripting.

Hi mercuryus, I don´t want to be rude. But I have bought many titels, which where presented here in Showcase 2. There are some low graphic titles but with good coding. But this game is just unfinished. This team made a good looking menu around NOTHING. You will never see a official demo or a regular gameplay video. The reason is simple. No one would buy this game.

I agree with you. They could show the game before they release it. So the community could help to make this game better.

But all that Mr. Maybenew wrote is something like:
your pc is not good enough, change the view size, your pc is too slow, the engine is crap, the engine has errors, the engine has the fault for this desaster.

I have now the engine for over 7 months and I am very interested in the games.
So I bought several titles and always compare them with my knowledge.
And I am shure, that I would be able to write a small code like
panzer.x=min(10000,max(-1000,panzer.x))
panzer.y=min(10000,max(-1000,panzer.y))

This would work because the landscape is only a simple square.

So you don´t need a collision system. And why are they using a collision system if the know that it don´t work???

Hi Joseph_00!

Of cause you are right to be angry, paying ~ € 15.- for a game like this.
But we have to give Ice Bytes the chance, to fix this problems.
Answers like meybenew gave (wrong system, ...) are not professional - AND HE KNOWS THIS!
The actual game is a demonstration what mistakes can be done in publishing a game. (If you want to earn money, you have to be professional!)
Too less testing will result in that eye-catching and very uncomfortable bugs.

Again @maybenew: We here from this forum may be your "best friends" posting hard critics. The real customers (and more hurting the press) will laugh at you if you do not fix this very soon...
Ice Bytes (and of cause incagold / the publisher) will have the loss of the image.

PS my hints:
- we all make mistakes, so don't get despairing
- share a "two-level-beta-test"-version to all here in the community (Showcase I) and request confidence.
- include a form (paper) for test-results (i will post an easy one later in the contributions-sector)
- learn from the results and fix the major problems fast.
