Thats great to hear...
I guess 20 user defined animations would be more than enough for me.

Keep up the good work.

Ar best GUESS, I'd say 30 is a good number, but it would make more sense to post the list of animations already available so that your audience could see if there are any that they need that are missing...

And any ETA for delivery on this AI?

Cheers!
Mark

fair enough..

Common Animations - Available for any kind of weapon or unarmed
-------------------------
Normal Walk Forward
Normal Walk Left (strafe left)
Normal Walk Right (strafe right)
Normal Walk Backward
Normal Run Forward
Normal Stand
Normal Crouch
Combat Crouch
Combat Prone
Hit Stand
Hit Crouch
Hit Prone
Die Stand
Die Crouch
Die Prone
Cry Crouch
Cry Stand
Talk Stand
Taunt Stand

Stand To Crouch
Crouch To Prone
Prone To Crouch
Crouch To Stand

Unarmed Animations - Available only when unarmed
-------------------------
Combat Walk Forward
Combat Walk Left
Combat Walk Right
Combat Walk Backward
Combat Stand
Attack Stand

Melee Animations - Available when equipped a melee weapon
---------------------
Combat Walk Forward
Combat Walk Left
Combat Walk Right
Combat Walk Backward
Combat Stand
Attack Stand

Ranged Animations - Available when equipped a ranged weapon
-----------------------
Combat Walk Forward
Combat Walk Left
Combat Walk Right
Combat Walk Backward
Combat Stand
Attack Walk Forward
Attack Walk Left
Attack Walk Right
Attack Walk Backward
Attack Stand

Attack Prone

Those take care that a bot can handle any kind of weapons and that battles play out smoothly. So I'd assume you'd use the free 30 animations for non-battle anims or some kind of special attacks. You'll be covered with the built-in animations for everything else I'm sure.

Hope sometime around Christmas. That would be a nice present! Guess you never know exactly how much time it will take if it has to become very good. I'm glad no release date is told anymore, because when it takes more time afterwards kinda feels like little disappointment.

What I do like to know is about the different editions and obviously the prices. Because the better it becomes as it is extended with new features right now and take much more time to develop. The price will become higher too I guess?

Also having information about howto implement Intense AI into new projects isn't a bad thing. AI can be very difficult right? How do we use Intense AI, just add actions to entities and change their values here and there?

Well i'm very interested and looking forward seeing more about Intense AI and perhaps playing with the demo somewhere in the near future. I almost gave up on AI because it is so complex to do on your own with minor experience.

i have also been curious about this. does intense ai have a seperate program for adding the actions and editing the files that are to be added? that would be a sweet 3dGS addition, a program that allowes you to make your ai without coding. from what you say larry, it seems that intense ai will just be something you can edit in wed, or does it have a seperate program that generates a script (like ep3)?

It's more a customizable scripts collection when I understand it correctly, and since it's an AI one, it's a pretty valuable one to imho ..

Cheers
