i'm lost...
if I have the two vectors vec1[3] and vec2[3], how can i calculate vec3[3], which is perpendicular to the previous two?

you can do this with the cross product: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross_product
Its called Kreuzprodukt in german.

so in other words if vec1[3] was 1, 1, 1, and vec2[3] was -1, -1, -1 then you would want vec3[3] to be between the two(0,0,0)? or is this what you mean:

vec1[3] 1,1,5;
vec3[3] -1,-1,-5;

I was looking at the dot product.. don't ask me why. I only noticed that it wasn't what I needed, but didn't figure out which other product i should use -.-
