My host server is currently down, can't fix it and the link wont work now. However, I can not add it anyway as I don't know what effect business has on all the other options.




If I know what business adds and substracts from transport, criminality, pollution and unemployment I can decide when to apply business. If it is like population (only substracting), I think I'll make it a 50/50 chance of business and pop increasement. But please post when you have a better idea :).
