Hi,

I had no idea on were to post this, so i choosed this section. anyway, i read on the 3dgs info that it supports bump mapping. my question is, how do i get an model done with bump with 3ds max? since the exporter dont export bump mapping.

Is it done all in 3dgs or will an uppdated exporter come?

Greetings,

Erik

You would create the greyscale bumpmap image and "attach" it to the model via c script..
Also this would belong in level and modeling editoing, starting with game studio, shader programming or general topics, user contributions are for threads that contribute tot he comunity in some way.

This belongs in a shaders forum, I think. I will have the moderators move it there.
