If your still looking for a publisher you could always try getting it put on one or all of these:

GreenhouseGames

Steam

Direct 2 Drive

If you haven't already tried then that is and good luck the screens and videos look nice.

also remembered:

Impulse and GamersGate

Thanks for your help guys! I definitely plan to release it on these services. I am in contact with one of them, but it sure takes alot of time to get things going. So I can't say yet which services it will be released on. Although, I plan to eventually have it released on most of them within the next 6-8 months. laugh

Will let everyone know when I secure a service for release. laugh

The title is coming really well, and it is a blast to play. As well, I plan to do some graphics upgrades in the near future.

I just got back from the GDC 2010, it was a great time, and I met with alot of nice people! I will let everyone know what happens with distribution in the coming months. Silas will also be releasing on July 20th now. It has been pushed back to ensure proper polish and testing.

"tm" Doesn't have to be registered. That's the difference between "tm" and "r".

This is looking better and better. Only criticism from me is that the weapons on the back don't appear to roll with the player when they're on a banked curve, and this makes them look very separate from the environment to me.

The space scenes remind me very much of Crash Team Racing, which I've always loved! (Even though that was a pretty shameless copy of Mario Kart 64).

Thanks guys! Naw, it's not really trademarked, I think i need to remove that, lol. Silas is a common name. wink

Thanks for the comments Julz! The reason I don't roll the turret weapons is due to the fact that you can aim and rotate the tops of these weapons in order to shoot your opponents. If I roll the weapons, then it throws the aiming off and makes it tough. It's much easier to have a solid and steady area of rotation. Although, now I'm thinking I should go back and look into this further just incase I missed something. laugh

BTW - The game will be out on July 20th! This is set in stone. I will let everyone know on future distribution channels in the coming months.

It's looking really, really great! Not more to say except that I'm not a huge fan of the snow effect, I would replace it with a different method (IMO it looks kind of cheap).

I really like all the gun effects. Maybe a little overdone, but I don't mind that, it's fun and adds a lot of action. Well done!
