i didn't notice any lag here, though there were a few small glitches. very very cool though.

i didn't realise the first time that you can zoom as well, and look around while paused. it's pretty cool.  check out the seam in the car vid (the one at Toast's link). julz

I suppose like taking alot of pictures with those sphere cams while moving. Then purge the images in a movie and only display a small part of the whole image. Make the user able to drag around the image and it looks like you are rotating. EDIT: here is the how-it-works video (sound required) http://www.immersivemedia.com/demo/video.html
