I posted this in a different forum a while back and didn't get a solution. So I may as well try here.

In the corners of my map I get a white-out...as in the second pic below:


But when the camera gets too close to the corner this happens:



I've tried countless isolations and code changes, etc., to find the problem with no luck. But it happens with both the player camera and the free camera.

Any ideas, no matter how far out, will be appreciated. Even magnetic rays from UFO's will be taken seriously.

i ones answerd but didnt help

here are some tings to look for

-resave the models
-replace the textures
-check if there are shaders(if so check them)
-the angle of the sun
- try to resize the bounding box off the sky_cube

-try whitout fog and clipping

-try removing stuff and chek when it's normal and when its not
so you get the point where it does go wrong

-i gues you already tryed most of them

If the models / terrain are exported from a specific program, what is the name of that program?
What shaders, if any, are applied to the terrain?

Okay...blush blush blush blush...I've bruised my forehead...duh!

It is cured by increasing the camera.clip_far distance. That should have been easy. Aaargh!
