After downloading please change the INI-file (settings.ini) for your needs.

I had the same idea, but I was stuck on making engine load models from other folders...
btw, double-click isn't working for me (maybe because my GS isnt on C:) and in install it shows 'gamesus.de\doante' instead of donate.

You have to change the SETTINGS.INI (as mentioned) to set the path to MED and others.
edit: thnx for the typo hint - it's fixed.

The modified version of MDLView works fine for me.

A new (free) version of MDLView is now available.
I added the copy & paste functionality.

download the most current version here...

Now you can also:

- select more than one model by holding the CRTL-key
- select all visible models by pressing CTRL+A
- copy all selected models (to the clipboard) by pressing CTRL-C (*1)
- paste the copied models to the current directory by pressing CTRL-V (*1)
- Refresh the current window by pressing F5

*1) also works with the windows explorer & filesystem
