I purchased A5 Extra years ago, it would have been May 2002 if I remember correctly (maybe earlier, I remember it was when I was living on 37th street in Saskatoon) and upgraded to A6 a few months later, with a discount because I got it right before you guys released version 6.

AFAIK Conitec will make a new key for you but that will cost 25$.

Right now, the problem is that Conitec is on some sort of field trip and Support is running on skeleton crew.

Anyway, you should be fine with waiting until they all come back and then write a new support mail
