Ok, the video has been processed but i have noticed that the mouse in the game is sort of dark and hard to see (you can see the windows pointer well though), I will upload a new video with a very bright game cursor.

Finally got it to work properly!
For anyone else that has this problem in the future I will post the solution I found.

I declared a "RECT" variable like this:

RECT my_window_size;

And then modified the function to look like this:

function MyMouse_Move()
{
mouse_map = arrow_tga;
GetClientRect(hWnd,&my_window_size);
mouse_pos.x = (mouse_cursor.x * (screen_size.x / my_window_size.right));
mouse_pos.y = (mouse_cursor.y * (screen_size.y / my_window_size.bottom));
}
