Give him a SDK license for free. He will enlighten our way to create working multiplayer acknex games and will set us free from the tortures of dplay.

We'll gladly help anyone who is developing an engine plugin - but he won't need a SDK license. SDK licenses are not required for development, only for commercial exploitation of the product.
