while working on a basic test interface, I was looking up panels to see how much they've changed since I've done C-Script.

I found this:

And sure enough Lite-C did not let me compile as "transparent" is not a member of "PANEL," which I half expected after seeing that the flag was TRANSLUCENT for entities.

So just wanted to point out that this should either be removed or clarified in a future manual as being C-Script.
