well.. sounds like synth smile

i'd be interested how you did it. were the percussion sounds assigned to one keyboard key each, or did you have some drum computer that adjusted all input to a rhythm pattern automatically (because it sounds so 100% accurate and in time)? or is only the melody line keyboard-based and the drums a premade track?

and, how big (in ms) is the latency?

the latency is now 18ms (was 185ms with the original drivers)
its all played with the keyboard. one after the other.. nearly as it evolves

18 ms is pretty neat. i get 48 on a linux machine with jack and a builtin intel sound chip, and my finale2006 keyboard latency on windows is much worse, about 70. i'll definitely have to download this asio4all. is it giving you any troubles yet?

for which types of keyboards will this work? has it something to do with midi? i'm asking because i've bought a clavinova e-piano and want to record my music with the pc, too. and if someone knows: does this asio4all, if it works together with my piano, somehow integrate into programs such as renoise?

greetings & thanks,
joey.

btw. your musik sounds creepy, good stuff!

thanks smile

it should work with every keyboard and with nearly all softwares. i use reason and it was just to install and one click to enable it in the preferences...

it automatically integrates into the system and does no harm smile
