is there any software that can export models with bones attached to it's vertices in .mdl and that i have bones animations not vertex animation, if you know what i mean?

yes, you can't export it directly to .mdl, but you can import it in MED with attached bones and the animation. All the animated models by Psionic

ok, and when i import it with attached bones i wont need to attach each bone to it's vertices in med? and those animations that are imported, will they be vertex or bone animation?

yes the bones are attached (if they were attached in CharacterFX) and the animations are imported as bone animation (Milkshape format).

If you whant to save bone animation from Milk Shape, in Milk Shape just export your model with animation in to "Milkshape3D ASCII". Afther in MED just import "Model from Milkshape ASCII" afther just press OK and show to MED where is skin for your model. That way you can take models from CS and HL with animation (even from source)!!! BUT DO NOT USE THEM IN COMMERCIAL PROJECTS!!!

As for me CharacterFX seems very complicated. For me much easyer to animate in Milk Shape. But it's free and if you don't have money for Milk Shape just download it here(it works):
