Your DirectX version is possibly damaged, or contains a wrong driver. Install DirectX 9.0c - any version later than 2004 will do - and install the recent driver of your video card.

You can find more about the reason of the crash in the text files "med.log" or "med.txt" that MED creates in your Gstudio7 folder when it crashes. Post the content of this file here.

This was about the DirectX version, not the Gamestudio version. DirectX is the 3D library on your PC and required for displaying 3D content.

i downloaded DirectX 10 For XP but it didn't fix the propleam

Please write now in English. These faulty forums can't put Unicode letters.

there is no real dx10 for xp, and gamestudio is not using dx10.

download latest dx9 from microsoft's site.
