don't you galvanize your stuff so that it doesn't corrode? if you want it to look rusty you're right, of course...

That's correct Joey, Galvinised metal = no rust.
I was just asking about a shader because I wanted to enhance the look of a fence model.
Using a plain pic for a skin doesn't look real enough, "to me anyway".
