instead of this
my.passable = on;
my.visible = on;
try this
set(my,PASSABLE | VISIBLE);

The flag VISIBLE does not exist; the flag INVISIBLE exists. VISIBLE was used for panels, but has been replaced by SHOW. Anyway, if you want to make the object visible, you don't have to set a flag, all objects are visible by default. You just have to set the INVISIBLE flag if you want to make the object invisible.
