I can give you some plain text answers / concepts on that, I dont have the time now to look for the specific code. But you should definitely look at the AUM Magazin examples, as you are a beginner.
1, how to have the character move, while the characters run animation was playing.
-you need to first get your code to recognize your player, so you have to write an ACTION function for it. Can be assigned in WED to the player mode. -in it you need a loop, where you grab the keyinputs for when to move. -use cmove functions to move the player -use an ent_animate function to play an animation (standig, walking etc, can be created in MED,)
2, how to have the camera stay behind the character while the character is walking
-look in the AUM magazon for examples, I would suggest that you use a first person camera first, as it is easier to implement.
3, how to attach the gun to the characters arms
-there are several ways to do that. either the gun is a part of the players model, or it is using the players animations, and is attached to his arm (the player beeing cut out, just leaving the gun in the animation) -or you look for a vertex at the players hand, and dynamically attach it to that player (is more complicated to code)
4, how to have the bullet shoot from the gun
there are two basic concepts: either you make a trace from the gun to the targetposition, and let the bullet hit at the trace-intersections or you actually create a bulletmode and move to. In both cases you need to learn how to calculate rotations, and where to get the start and target-positions for the bullet from -and how to handle the impacts of the bullets
5, how to have the enemy walk to the character and shoot when the character gets to a certin distance
this is AI. A very simple version would be to make the enemy turn toward the player, walk forward, and shoot when the distance is close enough. (thats about as complex as most AI here is programmed anyhow)
6, how to make it so if the character hits the enemy about 20 times and the enemy will play the die animation and then fade away
each impact affects an enemies character skill, if that skill is zero, the enemy plays the die animation and then "deactivates" or gets removed
7, how to make a health bar for the character
look into how panels work in the manual. The health bar is just a way to display data in a panel.
8, Finally, how to change levels when the character hits an object
-> level_load your code must decide, when to do that action.

Noone will write a comple code for you, but there is plenty of code floating around in tutorials, AUM, workshops and free demos. The templates are supposed to get you a quick start on exactly these issues. So try to work into them.
especially learn how to find info in the manual, it your best friend in the long run.
