Hi Developers,
I have hit a problem I can't solve on the forum.

I have made a 'walkway', like a long plank of wood which has to pivot up and down about it's center (like a 'seesaw').

In MED the 'walkway' in centered mid way along it's lenght and on the lower surface. This causes a barrier for the player when put into the game scene.(the 'barrier' is exactly where the screen center point is)

If I move the walkway above the center point (on the screen) there is no problem.

How can I remove this barrier? If I move the walkway above the screen center point, the walkway does not swing properly.

Hope you can help. sincerely, David

Your "barrier" is a collision box I guess. You can not use a collision box for a model on which players walk. When the model is shaped differently than a box, you need polygonal collision instead.

Moved to the Starting with Gamestudio forum.

Many thanks Developers, problem solved!!!

Could be a good idea to explain this in the manual when it is updated. David
