Is anyone else here playing this too? I picked it up today and played a little bit of the marine campaign. I like it so far and it's pretty much exactly as I expected it to be. Just the movements seem to be pretty slow in general - I liked the AVP2 style more here as the aliens really were some damn fast badasses. Now when walking backwards (I think you actually cannot run at all) they're just like 50% faster than you and they also don't seem to leap much (but maybe they play nice at first even in hard mode)...

I just played up to the club where I died for the first time...
I guess I have to optimize my use of the pulse rifle - it has a nasty big & bright muzzle flash though and so I guess I really missed a lot due to that...
