Here is a water shader I am working with that runs on ATI's and Nvidia FX video. Thanks to Ello, I used his code to test this thing out, Oliver, Steempipe, and Alienheretic for all their contributions to understanding shaders. Here is my revised version of Ello's Glass code setup to test my water shader. www.bigjohngames.com/waterhlsl.zip

Looks really good, too bad I can't use it. All these things I find really interesting always seem to be in the next update.
