The problem is not "the money". Problem is mankind itself. Take a group of 3 people and give person1 1 Million €. person1 will be happy.

Give 2 Million € to person2 and person1 will be unhappy, spending all his/her time on getting ahead of person1 (instead of spending the time on a canny sunbed somewhere on a sunny beach).

person3 will start a fight because he/she has nothing, what is not fair. person1/2 will not give anything of his/her money to person3 because it's their property. Instead of this, the will spend most of their money on weapons, to beat person3.

Tesla also invented radio. Most history book STILL have it wrong and credit this to Marconi (who actually attended Tesla's lectures!)

Many of Tesla's inventions suffered from the quality of the materials of the time. His Turbine concept is only now being fully realized - the metal plates of the early 1900's would warp under the stress. Now with ceramics and better metallurgy we can prove even more of his inventions valid.

Heinrich Herz invented the first Radio tranmissions.

Tesla was most famous for his failed attempts at transmitting energy over the atlantic ocean . He was personalised neatly in The Prestige.

I heard Tesla was born during a lightning storm, too... not sure if that's true though
