Hm, whats the point of playing in Multiplayer? What are the rules?

Am I the only one with this connection issue? According to various forums, there are many users out there with exactly the same error message, but there's no solution to it yet.

do you have a pirated version? It won't work then.
I see that quite often how people try to connect to the smp server i play at and they always get a connection problem cause they didn't buy the game

But still, I'm getting the "Internal exceptation: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed" error nonetheless everytime I'm editing more than 4 blocks. feelsbadman.jpg

Also it sometimes helps if you set the render distance to normal or lower.
Dunno if you have it set on that anyway.

Hm, I'll try that right away. Although I doubt that'll do the job.

It solves a lot of SMP crashes if you DON'T set it on Far, so this could help.
