Through the built in http functions (you need the professional edition for that) or by using an external plugin (like my ANet Web or ANet Professional plugin). Through the http function you contact a normal web server that executes a php script that manages your list which is stored in a sql server.
ANet Web would have the advantage, that it has a ready to use template and you don't have to know anything about php and sql. All you have to do is include a .c file into your project and set up a web server (or use a free webhoster). Everything is explained by a step by step tutorial and should be easy to understand.
