YES! Started more than 8 hours ago.
Re-hitting refresh will eventually get it to go through...
Is affecting posts on PM area too...
Sometimes get it just pulling up the forum homepage too...

Either a DOS attack, or they are trying to fix the A8 logo in the top/left corner...

A8 logo looks fine?
and i do not think it's DOS attack, it should have been pretty much denying service as the name suggests but it's denial of service it's like file acess error.
I mean apache is not denying to show you a page / get your connection, you can connect fine even the php script runs and returns the error and sometimes runs without the error and show the page.
But the error is strange of course, ini_set should always be defined in php, it's a predefined php function. To me it looks either like there is an error in php.ini or apache/php setup and settings.

I figured DOS due to the fact that just hitting refresh will eventually get through, I figured the the DOS was just killing some dataflow so hitting refresh was eventually getting through a 'gap' in the attack...
I'll take your word on the apache business, Ive never played with it...
As for the A8 logo, Ive never seen it... Dead link to the image "http://www.conitec.net/images/a8icon.png"
