nope. lava splits em ONCE, then no more. They is bugged...
AND ...
Dunno if its server, or MOTD, but most blocks you place ATM
become locked, or indestructable. They cannot be removed.
They behave just like blocks near spawn point.
(And /spawn dont work still).
Not just me, at least two other players I know of...
They cant remove blocks Ive placed either, and vice-versa...

Hmmm... Lava was a bad idea.
Try taking a look down there now.
BUT! Dont go too deep, and beware EVIL lagging down there...
FYI:: Indestructable blocks problem seems to have gone away on its own...
Wierd!
FYI 2:: Indestructable blocks have returned... Im here on my own,
so performance is good, lag is near non-existant. Looks like MPS bug...

Doesnt matter anyway, someones been screwing around on the server, I'll be rolling back the map tomorrow to it's backup from the update.

You know Cowabanga, I know we have our differences. But there are other people playing on the server, so when you grief around, it doesn't affect me, it affects everyone.

I know the guy had a bit of a breakdown a few months ago, but what is this? He's not just harmlessly spamming now, but trolling in a destructive way. Looks like a case for ye olde ban hammer...
