My enemies characters stops sometimes and they cant move I think it is for push.I set it more of 0 but my character lost in the screen(i don't know where do they go)and 0 and negative value is like below:

That does not look like a push problem to me, but like an entity that is failing to reach a certain point by turning towards it.

Anyways, without you posting your code nobody can help you.

I use several function in the enemy action which one should i post here?

Please post all the functions that for sure do not have anything to do with your problem...

Long time ago I tried to use smooth turning thing from A8 (entmove.c I guess) with A7, there was same crap there too... Push has nothing to do here.
