This is the last character belonging to our wastewalkers faction in our first game level: Karl whom is another engineer with hindi face and hat (and the mechanical arm of course).

Just a small remark: From my point of view the rocks are much too shiny. Especially compared to that metal train...

Notice the better color variations on rocks now. I baked lighting (no stencils) multiplied with ao and stored it in the shadowmap channel.
Toke away the tiling look as well.

I think the carrage tanker should have more of a rusty look about it.
eg: Rusted bolts, rusty lines from rain running down sides buckled wheels from comming of track and maybe bird droppings on it.

I found a topic on how to turn an image into cartoon style through photoshop filters and decided to play a bit with one of our wasteland screenshots.
