Very cool! What I like most is your light/shadow system!
Did I get you wrong or are you using 4 sprites for the cubes instead of a model? Is that faster? Are you using sprite instancing? Hey! I i don't use four sprites, i use 6 (a block has six sides ) I heard about instancing, but i really forgot it! I'm going to try instancing, maybe i get some more performance. And thanks that you like my light system. It was hard work to create it, because i had to create my own tracing function. c_trace is really too slow to use it, because every non-clipped side of a block has to be traced which can result in more than 4000 traces per light recalculation...

actually you only need 5 sprites for a cube, because only 5 sides can be visible at most at the time.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I just tested it with a cube here and I'm only able to see three sides at the same time.

true, i assumed you would want to see it from inside too, but that's not the case for minecraft.

Yes it's 3 of course... With the sprite instancing feature of Gamestudio, wouldn't that give a gigantic fps increase?

With the sprite instancing feature of Gamestudio, wouldn't that give a gigantic fps increase? You can use sprite instancing if you own the pro version But i own only commercial... And also this is not a precompiled library, so the users version is the version this uses! I think you can also use it with the free version, but i didn't test it... This framework is pretty epic. All of it. THANKS! And thanks for your creeper, i will include this version in my next upload...
