This looks amazing:)

Did I get the work-system right: the leveling starts with basic low-poly geometry and then advances in geometry, textures & lightning? I always thought that it's easier to do high-poly model first and then do poly-reducing or complete retopology.

@Pavle :

Im' not sure, even the pillar, the base mesh has been done by traditionnal modeling , but the higgh res model have too much
differences at final. So he coudn't re sue the low poly to bake texture.
In fact he has added one step by doing :
-modeling base mesh
- subdivide and sculpt high poly
- retopo for Low poly mesh

Perhaps in some cases he kept the original Low poly to bake normal map.
But in the last models of it's page, it seems he has used traditionnal High res sculpt and retopo !

But when you don't have the concept and details in mind,
its' better to sculpt freely the model than retopo after laugh

-----------

For the scene i don't know what shaders he uses, but he uses the outline of some toon shader !

That's make me laught, but like always when people see very good 3D art , they think that it's because of the engine laugh !
