I cannot find a place to get the templates for the game development. Can someone please show me where to get the game templates? I tried Accelerated Games but keep getting the error that it cannot load level1.wmb which is some kind of map file.

Have you tried AUM? There is lots of interesting and good stuff there that you can easily implement into one of the demos of 3DGS.
If that doesnt work out for ya give me more details of what you need and I will see if there is a good template for that.
