Nahh, works, but it's too slow, engine jerks when I do that (once only, out of loop). I need this for a sniper scope, so I can't have those jerks.. Sure, if I use model with a smaller size (current 14 mb), it'll be faster, but there is no way. I hope there is an other way..

Then render a different bmap (panel) into the skin with target_map after you switch the view off, at least for 1 frame.
Btw. why do you render a view into a 14mb entity? Simply make a smaller entity that's only used for view rendering and attach it to your firearm.
