Hey, I am going to attend to the GDC Europe this year and I wanted to ask if someone is going there, too? There is an early bird price discount until July, 18th and if you are a student, you get additional 15% off. I will be there from Monday to Wednesday, maybe Thursday, and will be on the GamesCom as well.

It is a bit pricey but from a qaulity point of view THE place to be! Besides catering, access to networking events, parties and GamesCom, almost all passes (except the Indie Summit pass) grant access to all conference slides afterwards and a one-year digital subscription to the Game Developer magazine. I am going to buy the main conference pass.

If someone is going to the GDC, please tell me, because maybe we could share a hotel room or so

I'd love to but I'm not in Germany this week. Furthermore, the price of ~400€ is really high for just some days and I already have a subscription of the GDM

I think i´ll be at the GamesCom but only for a day or so, this mean no hotel for me.
