Since you consider yourself a noob, why not start with the basics first? I don't want to be rude, but usually people don't start with pixelshaders first, before understanding the basic c-scripting (like AUM 34, which explains the 'realistic water' pretty good).... Also note that in AUM 34, there's no pixelshader applied, so you'd have to search for a shader code elsewhere (use the search function in the forum and type for example 'water' )
Also when you search more, finding some different shaders, you'll see how to implement them too, since generally there are always people who don't know this, and when asked it'll be in that thread....
