Does anyone knows what are the citers or terms to publish under Google Play platform ?
I mena you can publish and put PC games , not only Android ones on Google Play.

What i like is that they display good statistics on your game like :
- rating frlom users
- Number of installations

Comparde to Steam GreenLight perhaps it will not spread your game to as many people ?

Well its an Android store.
But you could sell an Android App, that is needed
to unlock the code for your PC App.
Or by purchasing it, telling your server that this user is
activated.
