Yeah I noticed its a really simple effect indeed, one could just take a shader and set the diffuse lightning to 0.

or you just write a simple shader that only outputs skin1 wink
It's much faster as it does not any lighting (setting diffuse lighting to 0 will result in much more calculates than doing no lighting at all)
