It's ~20:20 UTC and my Zorro on FXCM has posted Weekend ends at 23:00 in the window and the Broker area above says "Out of sync - 20:xx:xx <price>". The time is incrementing.
The problem appears to be that my VPS' time is wrong, but I haven't done anything to change it. I have a message into the VPS support group...
My question is: What is Zorro doing about this?! What exactly does "Out of sync" actually mean to Zorro, and what will it be doing as long as it is "Out of sync"?
Thanks.

Interesting... VPS is set to sync to time.windows.com, and said last sync was successful at 12:00am 08-10 - time travel!
I clicked Update Now and the correct time was restored, with the last successful sync now showing 21:xx 08-09 - traveling backwards in time!
Perhaps some problem with time.windows.com?
When the correct time was restored, Zorro went back on Weekend.
Still wondering what Zorro would have done while "Out of sync", though? Trading as soon as price ticks started arriving? Essentially ignoring the Weekend delay since it had already passed due to the (incorrect) time?
Thanks.

"Out of sync" means that the Broker server time differs from the PC UTC time by more than 5 minutes. If it's the broker's fault, it requires no action - usually the broker notices the problem quickly and fixes the server. If the time on your PC is wrong, you must fix it. When both times are different, Zorro assumes that the broker time is the right one.

Hmmm... If Zorro assumes the broker time is right, why did it go off Weekend based on the VPS' time? And go back on Weekend when the VPS' time was fixed?
Thanks.
