Hast Recht, die Blöcke schweben.. da muss ich noch mal ran :-)
Wieviel Blöcke es insgesamt sind, kann ich noch gar nicht mal genau sagen, da alle Level aus mehreren Map Entities bestehen, die wie Lego-Bauplatten aneinander gefügt sind.
Stimmt, die Details werden noch eingefügt. Das mache ich im Moment - zusammen mit dem Waffen-Balancing. Die Gegner kommen erst ganz zum Schluss zusammen mit dem Health- und Armor-Pickups.. vorher muss ich noch die Musik und die Effekte machen.

auser den blöcken gefällt mir das schon viel besser.
die texturen sind besser und die beleuchtung ist nich mehr so hell wie vorher.
weiter so

Ich freu´ mich einfach mal auf einen Freeware 3d Shooter, der länger dauert als 10 minuten.

HI everybody,


like said, I started adding the details to the levels. I also started adding the enemies, which means that the Legion will be back soon. I also made a new enemy character called the "Hellpriest", which will appear in the Iceplanet level. you can see one other enemy (a Mech) behind the crane next to the wall (Still has to be animated yet). The screenshot below shows a very small part of the HL-inspired level. THough I am still using the template scripts, the new AI is much better than the A6 template AI. I also love the new weapon scripts, like the grenade launcher effect. So.. levels only require details and some effects, enemies are working fine amd everything else seems to come into place now. If nothing serious happens, you can have these seven playgrounds for christmas this year.

looks good so far... one thing i noticed though!
the crates in front of the crane (the iron ones) look WAAAAAY too big in scale, you should scale them a lot more down (or the rest of the level up )

other then that, good job so far only using the templates!
