This is a hard instance to explain, but I will try.
I have a map, and insert a map entity (a castle). I build the map and test it out. While testing I bring up the fps and polly counter and such. Though all I am looking at is the front of my map entity (a couple of walls and towers, the front of the castle) the fps drops like a rock, and the polly counter seems to be processing everything behind the wall also. Is this by design or did I do something wrong along the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sephiroth

Sephiroth:

Visibility calculations are done when you compile the level. The calculation is much better if you do a 'No Preview' build. Map, model, and sprite entities do not effect visibility. If you press 'D' when running your level it will tell you what the visibility is in the direction you are looking. Higher visibility number = lower FPS.
