Hi,

Yet to read Dummies guide to Zorro ;-).
Few questions:
1. Has anyone use Zorro to connect to NSE (https://www.nseindia.com/)
2. Is it possible to run backtest with a dummy broker account?
3. Will I hit the 7k account limit if I trade live. As 1 USD to ~69 INR?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers,
Jeet

I can answer the first two:

1. You can trade on the NSE using Interactive Brokers.
2. Backtests are run locally on your computer and have nothing to do with broker accounts. Did you mean live demo trading? Then yes. Interactive Brokers has paper accounts.

By the way, you will need Zorro S for Interactive Brokers.

3. Open an USD account. An INR account, if that is possible at all, would indeed hit the limit at 7000 rupies.

Excellent, thanks Andrew and Chief :-).
Appreciate your help!

Would have been great if I could use Zorro to trade on NSE :-(
