I have a dumb script to print out the live Spread on every 1-minute bar.

When connected to Oanda live, it is always print out 0.0. I tried the TradeTest script and got the same result. Does anyone have the same issue?

It happened also to another user. Oanda is informed about the problem, but we have no details yet. It seems to affect only some accounts. Contact Oanda support.
